Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Groups focus on teaching skills to improve Self-Awareness, Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Interpersonal Effectiveness. DBT skills groups are run in 6 week modules that focus on one skill set at a time. DBT has been found to be effective in increasing the well-being of those who are diagnosed with Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders and Anxiety.
